Several martial artists have written me recently asking about timing in their stop kicks. For some reason, their kicks aren’t very effective to stop a low-line attack.
My response was to create the following how-to-fight tip video. I posted it a few months ago, but people still ask me to help with some of the finer points of the stop kick.
I still like to use it as a martial-arts conversation starter. Maybe it will spark some idea, that you’d like to discuss further.
