		<description>Not sure I understand this.  Say I have a double collar tie and throw my first knee.  Are you saying after the first blocked strike, we drop the same knee into them without putting it down?  Or are we doing an immediate switch knee?</description>

		<description>I think of it as a progression. You are able to do more when younger; as you age, the limitation forces you to get more efficient ... if you are going to continue to improve.   But yes, I agree ... start at a young age ...

to switch, then fine.  But if you are switching just for switching&#039;s sake, then I&#039;d rethink
it.
